Q: Which set-top box do I need to watch your IPTV? A: Currently our iptv service only can be watched on MAG250, MAG254, MAG255, MAG260, MAG270, MAG275, AVOV, STB emulator, , DreamBox,Engima and any IPTV set-top box

Q: Do I need to be subscribed to dish/any provider to this work? A: No subscription of any kind is needed.

Q: What type of internet connection do I require? A: Any high speed internet with unlimited bandwidth should work well, include DSL, ISDN, FIOS, CABLE, WI-FI, and Satellite broadband connections.

Q: My Donation does not work and I need help. Where can I ask support questions? A: You can contact our IPTV Support Team

Q: What methods of payments do you accept? A: We support several payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard & E-Transfers.

Q: Do you / Your Payment processor store my credit card details? A: We accept only one time payments, process through payment processor’s bank side, We/our payment processor does NOT store your card details for renewal as subscription / any purpose.

Q: How do I renew my IPTV subscription? A: You will receive an email with our payment options before 5 days you expire your iptv subscription.

Q: How do you deliver my iptv subscription? A: We will deliver it via email. so make sure to use correct email when you order.

Q: When will my service be sent? A: It should be received within 10 to 30 mns to your inbox.
